Tenants

How do I pay rent?

We accept cash or etransfer. Receipts are provided automatically with cash transaction.

When is rent due?

Rents are due, in full, on or before the first of every month.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Maintenance requests can be made through email to riversedgepem@gmail.com

If it is a maintenance emergency (heat, hot water or power) Text or Call 613-662-3810

All other general info feel free to text or email.

What happens when my lease term ends?

1)     You can give 60 days notice before the end of your lease term and move out on that date. Submit your notice to riversedgepem@gmail.com

2)     you can re-sign another fixed term rental agreement for 12 months or do nothing and your tenancy will turn into a month-to-month tenancy. You do not have to move out, your rent will continue to be paid on the first of the month and all other terms set in the original lease still apply.
